Aircraft Diagnostics & Repairs:
Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble various aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery
Component Maintenance: Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as carburetors, fuel control units, and hydraulic pumps
Inspection & Modification: Perform 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections, and modify aircraft systems and structures
Functional Checks:
Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and preventive maintenance, including rigging and synchronizing throttles
Technical Reporting: Maintain clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documents
Tool Utilization: Use tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, and various hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies
MUST HAVE:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- A&P License is required
- A minimum of 3 years of product knowledge in (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker aircraft) required
