The Cyber Security position has general responsibility in supporting the Supply Chain Management organization in meeting USG flow down requirements related to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and Cyber Security compliance of the Supply Base. The role will serve as a SME (subject matter expert) within TA Defense, focusing on Supply Chain Cyber Security risk management.

• At least 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management / supply chain risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain / Control processes and business model, including forecasting processes and key financial metrics / KPI's
• Very strong in analytical skills (MS Excel)
• Ability to analyze data from multiple visualizations to identify trends and pinpoint root cause with succinct communication
• Excellent and personable verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills (remain open to others' ideas, exhibits willingness to try new approaches)
• Good systems / material requirements planning knowledge
• Analytical thinker, collaborative team player and strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to manage competing demands and frequent changes in the work environment, while managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required

• Prior work experience in defense/manufacturing supply chain (aerospace manufacturing is a plus)
• At least 1-2 year of experience working with cross-functional teams
• SAP knowledge / experience
• Understanding of Aerospace or DoD Supply Base, including awareness of supplier management, scoring, and USG contracting requirements, FAR/DFARS flow downs and tactics
