Candidate will act as Project Manager . This role requires developing electrical designs, collaboration with internal and external design teams and subcontractors to manage and coordinate construction and developing operational plans and procedures.
You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of design, procurement, fabrication, installation and testing.

As the Project Manager, you will develop electrical designs, coordinate with Architects and engineers as needed for construction execution, design review, design or intent change integration.
n this role you will coordinate with the site General Contractor to maintain all schedule milestones, manage and approve request for information and submittals, review cost estimates and change orders, execute procurements process for unbought scope, and review/disposition non conformances. This role also includes maintenance planning, procedure development and sustaining engineering.

B.S degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with electrical distribution design, hazard classification, load balancing, single-line diagrams, design documentation, construction drawings, construction bid solicitation, contractor selection, construction management, field superintendent, permitting, QA/QC
Experience with commissioning, operating, and maintenance of power systems
Must be able to physically climb multiple flights stairs, withstand prolonged standing, and work in adverse weather conditions
Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and modeling applications
Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and personal initiative
Recognize and act on opportunities; maintain flexibility to adjust as requirements shift or constraints change
