Seeking Administrative Assistant for long term CONTRACT work:
Responsibilities will include:
- Prefer 3-5 years’ experience (process invoices)
- Manage and maintain current Excel spreadsheets (input data, PO's, expenses, travel and office schedule)
- Create purchase orders and send out to suppliers
- Distribute office mail and order office supplies
- Maintain shipping records / Order parts from warehouse
- Schedule repairs for company vehicles
- Must be efficient with Word, Power Point & Excel!
- Strong WPM Skills
- Alpha and numeric filing skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (ship / receive packages on a daily basis and confirm automotive parts received
