Seeking Administrative Assistant for LONG TERM CONTRACT work:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prefer 3-5 years’ experience (process invoices)
  • Manage and maintain current Excel spreadsheets (input data, PO's, expenses, travel and office schedule)
  • Create purchase orders and send out to suppliers
  • Distribute office mail and order office supplies
  • Maintain shipping records / Order parts from warehouse
  • Schedule repairs for company vehicles
  • Must be efficient with Word, Power Point & Excel!
  • Strong WPM Skills
  • Alpha and numeric filing skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (ship / receive packages on a daily basis and confirm automotive parts received
